After having successfully serviced its members with exchanges and rentals for their units, Four Seasons introduced yet another exciting opportunity for its members in 1995 vide ‘DREAMS’.
‘DREAMS’ is a 10 year money/enrollee friendly independent holiday concept. It offers a floating holiday option which allows you to take your vacation at any time of the year at your convenience. The scheme provisions a holiday for a family of two adults and two children below 12 years of age subject to availability.
Over the years of interaction with our enrollees we learnt that time share companies were limited in providing only selected destinations namely where they had their own properties; more specifically, they were not providing for short breaks at hub-n-spoke destinations, and were charging their members a high maintenance fee irrespective of their member availing their allotted week during the year.
The conveniences a ‘DREAMS’ enrollee enjoys are:
- They do not have to pay any annual maintenance charges. What they do have to pay is a nominal utility charge that differs from resort to resort and season to season and is paid only if a holiday is availed.
- They get an opportunity to holiday at established and well known time share properties and also at several Four Seasons affiliated hotels / resorts across the country - Royal Goan Beach Club – Goa, Club Mahindra, Sterling Resorts, Dalmia Resorts and above all RCI affiliated resorts worldwide availed through “FSE” enrollees.
- In doing so we have offered our enrollees the highest multiple destinations than any other domestic time share company.
- The resorts / hotels we affiliate with are of 3-4 star categories with standard modern facilities and amenities.
